Customer Care

Every copy of Tiny Spiny is carefully checked and packaged before it leaves our studio to ensure it arrives ready for its next adventure.

Orders

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

To help us assess the issue, please include: Your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. If approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.

Change of Mind: As an independent publisher, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply no longer want the item.This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of downloadable products, digital activity packs and other digital resources cannot be refunded once they have been downloaded, unless required under New Zealand consumer law.

Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with the courier to locate your parcel.
